When folded up, this lightstand is a bit bigger than your standard lightstand, but that 10 foot height is just awesome to have!
I find them more than adequate for what I do, and would recommend them to my friends.
The air cushion feature is wonderful. Nice and light, easy to transport.
Not bad for the price. Pretty stable even fully extended. Hardware is adequate.
This stand cannot take punishment though.
I can see I need to becareful with all moving parts.
Bought for the odd occasion I use four strobes in a shoot. Needed something inexpensive to keep in the trunk.
I use this with a Phototek Softlighter and Alien Bee lights, and it works great. Its a good yet very affordable stand.
These stands are light, but sturdy. My only one complaint, and it's a small one, is that the legs can be hard to unfold. Maybe this is because the stands are still new, but I have yet to get the hang of them. Other than that, these are a great value for the money.
It's a great stand for the money.I am very pleased with this product.

I gave this 3 stars because it was much lighter than I expected...but the price is about right for what you are getting. I wouldn't trust it too far in moderate wind unless it was really sand-bagged down. It has fluid movemnt and dampans the fall if you have a piece of equipment on it and forget and unloosen the scew all at once. Not bad for the bucks.
