Comments about Interfit Photographic Interfit Photographic EX150 MKII Kit with Two 150 watt Second Monolight Flashes, with Umbrella, Softbox, Bulbs and Stands:
So far so good! I haven't done an actual shoot with the equipment, but [...] Setup was easy and the included dvd was informative in both the setup and in giving pointers on how to use the equipment. I will do a follow up after my first shoot.

Comments about Interfit Photographic Interfit Photographic EX150 MKII Kit with Two 150 watt Second Monolight Flashes, with Umbrella, Softbox, Bulbs and Stands:
I use this kit along with a backdrop and support purchased seperatly to take indoor pictures of my girls. Just make sure the button on the back is pushed in on both and then the flash from your camera sets off the strobes. No infrared trigger or anything else required. If I did location shoots such as weddings I'd purchase a radio trigger so only my camera would set off the flashes though. I love how adjustable the lights are too. There's no written instructions you have to watch the DVD. The softbox takes effort to set up and it feels you may break it with as much force as it takes to assemble it.

The EX150 MKII Kit work well with my D200 (SYNC'd each time). The power of the lights far exceeded my expectation. I have yet to use the lights on full power. This product is a great investment for beginners and professionals
