No, I would not recommend this to a friend
It's been impossible for me to find replacement bulbs. On-line will be my only option. These are just cheap Chinese lights with a North American name tag(SV). BUT, you get what you pay for, not a bad package for a cheap price. Personally I'd never buy it again.
