Purchased several months back, Light output is very good. Noticed from start color balance was way too high causing a lot of post processing. Checked with color meter showed 6400 K . Shooting in raw same way with a lot of color correction required. Going to replace flashtube maybe this will correct.Have other Flashpoint strobes with no problems.

Great so far. Only complaint is that umbrella does not stay in position when in seed through stand

I looked all over for lights and settled on a set of bees. Then go t a chance to meet and speak to Mike Wallace. He recommended these for 2 reasons, FIRST and Biggest. Metal housings. 2nd they have the optional battery packs available. Plan to buy them soon.

Overall I have been very happy with them and they have not let me down. I use them often.

I purchased this unit as a kit to replace a broken AC unit. It made since to buy this kit as I often take my lights on location anyway however so I thought why not!

Although I haven't had a chance to use the unit in DC mode (yet) however I do plan on using it very soon!

These lights continue to take a beating from me and always come back for more without any issues. Even though these are not the most expensive lights they provide excellent results.

So far very pleased with its ability! Half the price of the others, but seems to work as well. I got the battery pack and it seems to work well also.

I purchased two 620M's and two 1220A's to give my heavy Novatron 1000 power pack and 4 lights a break. Really love the fact I can control the output of each individual light.

I use this product for stock photography and it works great, I have good results and for example with white backgrounds little post proccessing is needed. It can adjust to every light situation and the results are good. The only thing that I would change will be the stands ,they had to be a little stronger to support the weight of the strobe better.

I began working in studio about a year ago and was looking for a good value introductory strobe, and I couldn't be happier with the Flashpoint mono lights. The light shaping attachements from Flashpoint work great and are value priced.

I have taken many photos using this strobe and have yet to find a fault. Works great with the Flashpoint Softbox (which isn't as hard to set up as many people say). What can I say I love this light.

The strobes were spot on using a Sekonic L-358 flash-light meter. I used both strobes for a Santa Brunch that our Knight of Columbus chapter was sponsoring. Each exposure was spot on and the color was great. The gym has those Lucalox lights that continually change the color temperature. The Flashpoint's II were more than enough to compensate, although I set the color temp just a tad higher to get warm flesh tones.

I purchased this equipment to take photos for stock. I just love that you can adjust these lights in 1/4 increments. The price was affordable and the product delivers exactly what I need. A more informative manual would have been great for those of us that don't know too much about studio lighting and equipment.

I've own the Flashpoint II 320M and Flashpoint II 620M for about a year. They've worked flawlessly and are of "bulletproof" construction. I've used them primarily on location with the Flashpoint 4 Channel A/C Radio Remote (which I also recommend, SKU:FPRRS). The attached photos were taken with both monolights.

I have a Novatron D1000 kit w/4 lights,
4 umbrellas and 2 Photoflex Med Softboxes. Perfect for a permanent studio but I share a studio with 3 other photographers who have their own equipment.
I needed lighting not as heavy, portable, with enough power for a 20x20ft room and not expensive. I purchased two 620M's, received them two days later and tested them that night. Used the built in slave, the sync cable and my elinchrom skyport radio slave and they worked perfect.
Did a photoshoot the next day in the 20x20ft room and I'm highly pleased with the results. I really love being able to control the output of each light from full power down to 1/32. They recycle fast and at full power recycle time is about 2 secs.
In the futurem, I may purchase another 620M and battery packs to shoot on location this
summer. These lights are my ON THE GO KIT. I gave them (4 STARS)cause I've just got them and don't know how long they's last. I handle all of my photography equipment very gentle and I'm hoping these lights last half as long as my Novatons (11yrs).

So far, I have used this light for a wedding, 2 product shoots, and about 3 portrait sessions. It's always on point. Great light. Super high build quality and great features. I wish it was easier to plug a Pocket Wizard into, but the optical slave is very sensitive so that's fine in most cases.As an assistant and student, I used Profoto, Elinchrom, Hensel, and Broncolor heads and honestly, if I didn't know what I had payed for this light, I would have thought it was just as expensive. I actually prefer this light to more expensive ones because if it drops or breaks, its much easier to replace. I'm definately adding more to my set-up very soon.

I use these lights for stock photography in my studio. They are powerful, easy to use and all at a good price. They are invaluable pieces of equipment.

This flash unit with the DC battery is the perfect outdoor light for groups of any size. When I am working in close, I add an umbrella for even a softer light. It recycles fast too for such a powerful light...great price ..may have to purchase anoteher one.

Low priced monolight with features and performance you'd expect from a far more expensive unit. Good reliable color value at all setting levels. Stand and accessories have the same quality feel. This is a no brainer.

I use this flash for general portraits and as a fill light outdoors. Light is well built and sturdy.

I think these are are Awesome. I have two (one model M and One A and they just keep going. They produce good light and I have never needed more power.
