price and quality is good but it can be smaller. Compare with other brands, it might need more accessory.
This is a great flash. For the price, it is worth every cent! Do not expect the same quality as you would receive from a [$] studio strobe monolight, however it is more than acceptable. I've seen some other lower priced monolights, and they don't compair to this one.
The only real problem that I experienced with this product is in the plastic bracket attachment. After a couple of times tightning the wing nut to the light stand, the housing(plastic) broke. Had this part been made of anything else it would be 100%.
Well-priced, easy to use
Great Flash for the money.

The power output is just fine for my small home/studio. The watt seconds are rated low but, I use the lights on their lowest settings with my camera set at anywhere from f11-f16 and get excellent exposures. So, they provide more than enough power for my needs (I have 3 of them as well as a Quantum turbo that I use as a backlight).
The drawbacks are that the way they attach to the lightstand (coupler) is plastic and can easily crack if overtightened. Also, the flash tube has a tendancy to loosen and, when it does, the flash doesn't fire. You get what you pay for so, based on the price, they're well worth it.
I am probably going to get another just like it for a fill light. It works well and is easy to use.

ok product for the money.
The actual replacement bulb was backordered and now no longer available. Have not tried the "replacement" as of yet so time will tell. Nice unit.
