I was mainly looking for a way to balance the color of indoor lighting with my SB-600 flash. The Gold Sto-fen does this nicely. I usually do a pre-set white balance with the flash on, and both foreground and background comes out with a similar color temp. I haven't had as much light with the Green in fluorescent lighting, but I don't shoot as much under fluorescent, and I need to experiment more.
