I have only had this product since July, and I am so pleased. Today, I read all I could about the product. I took the tour, printed out some of the things so that I could lie down and read them. The clearness of the printing and color is amazing,so perfect, you just cannot ask for anything better. I was suppose to be given a different brand when I bought a new computer package, but was given this one and I am very pleased with getting the Canon product instead.
