The only issue that I had with this product was I needed to go to the Canon website for a software update for Mac OS X 5. I think that some people could have a problem with this, but the fix is simple. You need to remove the old software that isn't compatible and replace it with the newest download available. I was updating from a Canon Pixma to this newer printer and I needed to remove the shortcuts that I had on the desktop. Once you get this all in one set up, you will be very happy with it.
