I have a mobile office in my car and have used this unit for over a year and four months. I have traveled with it all over the US...down dusty, hot (120 degree) desert roads to the cold and snow of the Northeast. It has always worked well and has never performed badly. It never jammed, leaked ink on the seat or messed up even after being banged around in extremes of heat or cold. It just did it's thing when I asked it to. It is powered with a cheap [$]12VDC inverter. The best thing about it is I can DO EVERYTHING right from my car, at any location, when I am connected to my laptop and my Sprint card. The jet black color also keeps it well hidden from prying eyes when I am at the job site. It also fits perfectly behind the seat or on the floor. Another great feature is the ability to input site photos directly from the camera and print them for distribution. I have used other "all-in-ones" and they were all dead within six months. This unit has allowed me to have a fully-functional office right in my vehicle. Thanks very much.

this is not easy to use. not user friendly. the scanner is impossible for a typical user. the computer takes forever to communicate with printer and my computer is brand new. highly not recommended.
