I've bought a few toners from Adorama for HP 4500-series printers. [...] the toner's cartridge bag was opened, and the toner did not have the retaining strip that all new toners have. There was magenta toner spilt throughout the cartridge bag. It looks like somebody bought, or dumpster-dived, a used HP toner cartridge and filled it themselves...poorly I might add. The price is definitely cheap but you get what you pay for, if you're going to settle for something in this poor of quality you may as well buy a toner refill kit and just do it yourself. Buyer beware.
