I've been using alkalines in my camera mounted medical flash unit. These didn't last very long and I'm in a situation where changing the batteries on the spot doesn't work well. So I tried these lithiums. What a difference in longevity. They say they will last up to 7X the life and I believe it... I think we are doing better than that. I'm not going back to alkalines.
