It's a nice lens. Pictures are clear. For me, the autofocus seems to be a little bit slow and sometimes it misses the spot.

Excellent lens. Good price and warranty (US). Excellent sharpness and color. Solid, SOLID, tank-like construction. One of the best macro lenses going and always in my camera bag.

after a couple of months of using the focusing mechanism was broken. repaired twice (warranty service). now it's broken again, out of warranty. this is not EX quaity lens. you expect EX lens to be well built--not breaking down after a couple of months of using. great optics, sharp even wide open but how am I gonna use it when there's no focusing??
