I am so satisfied with it, that I have 2, and some of my colleagues have purchased the same monopod after trying it. I use one for my camera, for stabilization when using a long lens, and for long exposures, and another one to hold a flash and a slave that my assistant uses.

Rock Solid, if weight is an issue you can spend three times as much for a mag fiber version. A must for any photographer, do not settle for cheaper models.
