Small, but not for heavy applications

This is a nice, compact mono pod. I love how small it is, that was a selling point for me. But the thing I do not like is that when it is fully extended the lower section has a tendency to collapse on to itself (the lowest section just has a click stop to hold it open - the upper sections have a twist lock). This one works best when it is not fully extended. So I find it very use to useful sitting down but not when standing up. But it is one of the smallest mono-pods that works for me (I'm 6'2") many were just too short to use standing up.
