The Slik F163 is advertised as having a reach of 70 inches with 22 lbs holding capacity. I ordered one of these and waited over a week to get it.

The Slik F163 holds a maximum of 1.5kg or 3 lbs 5 oz according to it's manual. It also has a maximum reach of 51 3/4 inches.

I don't know exactly what adorama is trying to do, but after getting this item i checked out their other tripods and they have a lot of made up figures in terms of height/carrying capacity.

Don't buy this if you're looking to put on it a 250+mm lens, because it won't be steady with it and can possibly break the tripod quick release mount.
