Solid, easy to use, stable, however needs boom attachment.
This tripod is great for the price, it's heavy but not too heavy, the weight really is just right for long exposures or stabilizing a long lens. You really can't beat its value for the price. Most other tripods are double the cost of this one. The legs extend rapidly and are sealed to the elements.
Excellent for studio photography. I plan to use it for some field work. Very light for an aluminum based tripod. Very versatile with optional short stem base. Inexpensive Gitzo substitute for many projects.
I have owned several other tripods, and I have to say for the money this one is hard to beat.
