This tripod is great. It is very study, easy to set up and very adjustable. It can get very low with its center column that can act as a boom, and also get into some positions that most tripods can not. I'm also 6'4" and this tripod can actually extend taller than I am if need be. I think this is a great tripod for the cost.

This is one of the most well thought out and designed pieces of equipment I have ever owned. There are a lot of extra parts included like 2 carrying straps, one for the bag and one for the tripod. Then there is the stub that goes into the the tripod to use it without a head, it actually works well. It includes 2 quick release plates! It is a hundred times more functional than the Manfrotto it replaced but it is easier to use and set up and is far, far, far better built.

Needed a taller tripod as I'm 6'2". Didn't want to have to extend the center column to have a good working height. Fits the bill well! Like the padded legs.
