Just got back from a trip to Roatan Honduras where I made 8 dives with the Waterproof case and camera. It works great, no leaks. We went down to 105 ft for 10 minutes or so, most dives were at 50 - 70 feet and lasted 50 minutes. The camera was bounced around in the dive boat. Still works great. I team the case up with a Sealife 961 digital strobe. Both worked well.
The case protected camera from water and sand/dirt during a raft trip on the colorado river in the grand canyon; the only thing I didn't like was that the back of the outer case scratched and it was difficult to see the camera lcd monitor due to glare

Mine failed whilst scuba diving at 30' and I was quite prepared to take it on the chin but thought I'd enquire about whether Canon had any sort of indemnity insurance but was surprised to hear from Canon Customer Service that Canon's underwater housings come with absolutely NO warranty. Buyer beware...

This housing extends your shooting into the worst of weather, and the best of pictures. Your digicamera is nothing but a computer with a lens, and it HATES water. This will let you go out into rain, hail, snow, all of it, and make good pictures. And the price is very fair. Canon makes the best stuff.

Purchased this casing two months ago and have used it on approximately twelve dives so far. I love this casing as it's small and easy to use. I especially enjoy the flash diffuser. The only issue is that it can be difficult to change the modes once underwater, so make sure you establish the u/w setting prior to jumping in. Otherwise the casing has worked flawlessly and really provides decent shots while diving.
