You get what you pay for, and this is a cheap housing. I use this housing for taking footage while scuba diving. The picture is great although lights are necessary to avoid a lot of noise.

This is the only housing available for the HV20 providing the best amount of control. I have used previous Ikelite housings with Sony cameras which inluded IRC, IMage Reversing Ciruitry, which reversed the image on the external mirror, this does not include that which I wish I'd known before I'd bought it. The mirror is also placed much to low on the housing and I struggle to see the full image in the mirror, as well as compensate for the reversed image. Its a serious pain! If you lose track once, your shot is ruined, this is incredibly annoying although one could adapt. The manual focus knob rubs and catches on the base of the external mirror! I would not recommend this housing the way Ikelite has designed it, they don't seem to have put much thought into it. This will be my last Ikelite housing.
