These strobes ROCK! More power than you need. I had the diffusers on and the lowest power setting. Fast recycle and they took 350 pics and still had a charge. I ran out of camera battery before killing the charge on theses on low power.

This is a very nice strobe light. I particularly like the modeling light function. It's great for night dives.
