Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
This is a good product, easy to use and delivering strong flashes. However the newer digital version is better as you can adjust flash output and set it to work with or without preflash. I found flash recycle times a little bit long and was waiting for the flash to recycle, before taking the next shot, especialy when using rechargeable batteries.
