Macro, Portrait in field
Very good lens which I have gotten very good use out of as a primary lens for flowers , butterflies, and casual field portraiture. After 6 years of fairly heavy use it has died (probably related to swim in ocean while photographing starfish in tidepools).
I will probably replace it with the same lens. Only hesitation is that Older Tameron 90 mm f2.8 has to be recoded in order for Canon digital rebel XT to recognize.
