The ZOOM H2 is the best recorder I have ever encounter. I recorded phone calls with it and several church sermons, When I listen to the sermon at home, it made the preacher sound as if he was in the same room with me, it was so clear, it's unbelievable and Im not using all of its features because I don't like to read instructions, but Im getting great results so far. I take it with me everywhere and it's very light Im very happy with it. For the money I think it's a great product and a good deal.

This is the best value in portable recorders. The mics are very good, the usability is great. It feels a little cheap in construction if you are used to pro sound equipment, but I have used this to record singers and storytellers in some very challenging situations. Just have a care, and use SD cards (not SDHC cards) and you will love it.
