Pros:
Attaches Securely, Doesn't Drain Power, Lightweight, Long Lasting, Powerful, Superb, realistic video
Cons:
Small audio humm/noise
Best Uses:
All-purpose use, Home, Special Events
I own larger, more expensive SD camcorders of just about every major brand. The Optura S1, is equal to, or better than the best of them! There's nothing I dislike about the S1, except perhaps for the slight motor hum that's picked up, due to ultra-sensitive Mic. I am able to remove this hum in editing, by means of low pass filter. Frankly, were it not that my next camcorder will be a Hi-Def model, I'd consider buying a second Optura S1. Love it!
