Shot stage show, white balance bad on manual.Sent camcorder in got back,jvc said it was ok. Shot xmas scenes outside on auto bad flesh tones.sent back to jvc.After talking to jvc 4 times, said it was ok. Bought sept.,06 have not been able to use yet.Had mg20 that worked great.Talked to jvc ,they said the mg27 was better than mg20so I upgraded,bad choice....
