I ordered the camera from Hector Martinez over the phone rather than navigate the web site. Everything went fast and simple. Hector was a great help since I'd never ordered before.
The camera shipped in a day or so and arrived three days later. It was just before Christmas and I was very happy to have it for the holiday.
It's simple to use and I am very satisfied with the video and sound quality. The manual has to be downloaded and printed but it's simple.
I've already burned my first DVD using Sony's Vegas Movie Studio software and it worked great.
I would recommend this camera. Now all I have to do is find an additional memory card for it so I can record to the external memory.
