Comments about Canon Canon VIXIA HF M300 Flash Memory Camcorder with 15x Optical Zoom, 300x Digital Zoom, 2.7" Touch Panel Color LCD Screen:

The camera itself is great. First HD camcorder for me. My complaint is the Canon (Pixela) software which will not work properly with my netbook. Netbook is WinXP with a 1024x600 screen and the software needs 1024x728 -- so the bottom of the workspace is cut off and I can't save my work! Am now checking out Sony and Corel software to see if they support 1024x600 screens (netbooks).[...]

Comments about Canon Canon VIXIA HF M300 Flash Memory Camcorder with 15x Optical Zoom, 300x Digital Zoom, 2.7" Touch Panel Color LCD Screen:

so far i like the camcorder.. the viewfinder doesnt zoom out too much so you have to way back from a person but then you cant really see it on the screen since the screen is so fmall.. i like the touch features on the screen..

im still learning to use it, we'll see how it turns out in the next few months.. i bought the sony dvdirect to go with it.. its a machine you plug the camcorder in and can transfer what you record to dvd so easy..
