If I had it to "do over".....I would have paid more and got a flip that has image stabization.
I got my flip about two weeks before Christmas 2010......everything worked great w/ the software until a few days before Christmas.
I contacted customer service regarding my issues w/ not being able to share my videos via email and was told due to high volume of new users from Christmas they were having touble with an overload, but were working to resolve.....it is now Jan 17th and I am still unable to share videos via email. Before the Christmas overload.....I was able to share and it was great!

I bought this for my daughter-in-law to capture the antics of our Grandson. She loves the ease of use, handiness to carry in her purse and ease of posting his antics on their web page. It's simple to use and takes decent quality video. I understand that journalists are using this camera when doing on site work. The Mino is better than the Ultra model--in my opinion.
