This duplicator has never worked properly for me. Mine has the 250 GB hard drive. It does rip the data off the DVD well, but never has burned disks well. The most out of 7 bays that I have ever got to burn was 4. It is down to 2 now. I have used DVD-R and DVD+R, but neither is better. I have used Memorex and Verbatim disks, with no great results. I would never buy this piece of junk again. If I wanted a one or two bay burner, then I could have paid a lot less.
