Guaranteed bad picture

All auto features keep adjusting. Auto focus goes in and out, stabilizer keeps panning side to side. Turning all auto features off did not help me. The VAP "variable auto prisium" on my lens periodically jerked vertically up and down that cost me a $[...] show, my credibility and a repair bill of $[...] to replace this part.
