Comments about Canon Canon VL-10Li II Video Light with Lock Support Pin, 10 watts, for the XH G1 & XH A1 Camcorders:
I used it for the first time, as it was recommended by a friend. It was the worst experience ever! It burned after two minutes being used and although I had a spare light bulb, I couldn't replace it.
I am a wedding videographer and you can imagine my disappointment, luckily I had my previous bulk light with the heavy battery and that saved my day.

I should have paid better attention to the description, great light and price the inconvenience it does not come with a battery, it takes a Canon Battery which it is more than the price of the light, I have not purchase the battery yet so I can not get a review on the Quality.
Battery should be include or some kind of adapter for AA's

Good light for the price. I wish it was more compact and used a bulb that drew less power and allowed the batteries to last longer.
