The XD-L56s contains LED light technology, drawing 6w while outputting the equivalent of 20w of daylight balanced, 5600k light.

The Series7 Light adapters have a cable which plugs into the side dc input of the light to allow simultaneous operation for up to 4 hours!

The light comes standard with both 1/4 20 thread and hot shoe mounting options.
