For all hand-held cameras with 1/4"-20 thread Base accepts 1/4 or 3/8" threaded tripods or stands. Each features a highly-polished aluminum ball/platform in deep black epoxy-finished housing. A single knob locks and releases ballhead.
Classic Series Ballheads are simple, elegant and traditional-looking, with a two-tone finish and single-knob control. Made in Germany to exacting standards. Each component is milled from a solid block of aluminum and computer-machined to tolerances within a thousandth of a centimeter. Parts are then polished, finished and hand-assembled. Plate steel threaded tripod sockets and camera mounting screws are fitted, knobs are installed, and non-slip surfaces are applied to the camera platform. Finally, each ballhead is tested for smooth movement and lockdown strength.
