Description
The Sennheiser cardioid e905 has a high maximum SPL and an excellent transient response, suitable for a wide range of instruments and an ideal choice for snare drums. The E905 features a dynamic element with a cardioid polar pattern that reduces off-axis signal and residual noise. The E905 provides high headroom and low distortion when capturing signals at excessive sound pressure levels.

The element responds to very fast attacks with extreme accuracy, without distortion. The E905 is an excellent choice for general instrument capturing in recording and live sound reinforcement.
