Questions about this item:

Rene R  I want to use Ipad to record from my sound mixer. I can use RCA or 1/4 as line out (send). I want Ipad to have line in (record). Do you have an adapter that will work?
Dan R  What is best mic and headsets to use. Tried one of our radio station mics and was un-able monitor my voice? Thank you. Dan Rivers
Andrew R  Unfortunately Sescom's compatibility listing does not extend to microphones, so it's difficult to give an accurate recommendation. It is highly possible that the mic you connected to this unit required a power source. Keep in mind that the devices that this cable is intended to connect with do not supply enough (or really any) power for microphones which require it (most , if not all, condenser mics require phantom power or a secondary power supply to operate).
Karl K  When it says phantom power "Blocking"...Does that mean it does not have phantom power so I cannot use a condenser mic?
Andrew R  Phantom Power blocking prevents damage to line level inputs (such as the input on an iPhone).
