Shape Red Mamouth I Sturdy Camera Support

The Shape Red Mamouth I is a camera support unit incorporating the individual RM Shoulder Rig, Hand5 Quick Handle and Pad1 Back Pad accessories and has a sturdy design. Comfortable positioning is offered via a high camera platform raised 3/4" above your shoulder tip. A durable and strong design allows you to use the Red Mamouth 1 for cameras weighing up to 50 lb. A 3" wide camera platform is used in the camera support unit and is fabricated from 3/16" aluminum.

Forming a core component of the Red Mamouth I camera support is the RM Shoulder Rig that provides easy adjustment to fit different body types and needs, all via convenient knobs. You can position the camera by attaching it to the camera support via a standard 1/4-20" camera screw and a standard 3/8-20" camera screw knob. Positioning the Back Pad, Counter Weight, or Telescopic Support Arm is possible to fit your body type, along with easy removal capability. Positioning of the 15mm Rod System and Shape Box is also possible via the shoulder rig. A cushion for the shoulder pad is integrated into the shoulder rig and is has powder coated wrinkle finish You can use the rig on either shoulder.

The Hand5 Quick Handle is a professional video stabilization accessory with 2 camera handles, each providing an individual rotation angle of 360deg.. You can attach the handle to the camera platform using a simple screw knob. A push button located at the articulation allows easy attachment and removal. Combined with the anodized aluminum Rod Block, the Quick Handle offers composite camera support for all 15mm rods. You can achieve precise positioning by sliding the Quick Handle along the rods and tightening the small red knob located on the Rod Block.

The Pad1 Back Pad can be attached to the shoulder rig via a screw knob. Augmented camera support stability and comfort is offered by the back pad that is padded on 1 side and weighs 0.35 lb. You can adjust the positioning of the back pad in accordance to your body type with a vertical adjustment range of 1-1/4" and a horizontal adjustment spanning 360Deg..

A screw knob allows easy attachment and removal of the back pad from the support. With a 1/4-20" threaded hole, the back pad supports attachment of the Shape Box and other accessories. You can also augment the functionality of the Red Mamouth I via an extensive line of additional components such as the Telescopic Support Arm, Shape Belt, Shape Box, Counterweight, 15mm Rod System and 15mm Rod Riser System.
