Reliable, High Quality Product

I already owned two ECM-77Bs when I bought this one from Adorama. It was to replace a Sonotrim lav that has been nothing but trouble. I really liked the audio characteristics of the Sonotrim, but it was unreliable, more sensitive to interference, and often just failed to operate. The ECM-77B is rugged, small, delivers superb sound quality and is easy to maintain. In my experience, there is no other lavaliere mic I would recommend.
