I bought the 55 inch Sony SMART TV...but it's anything but [smart]. Not even close. This is the worst television ever! ZERO support. ZERO upgrades. WI-FI connection weak. Picture mirroring sux. That's about as nice as I can get. Over the years of ownership, ZERO customer relations/communications and satisfaction. Can't wait for this junk to expire so I can get another television...and I can assure you, it will NOT be SONY.

Sony has been my favorite brand of TV for years. It's been awhile since I got one due to being disabled and on a fixed income. I finally made this purchase online. It was worth it not knowing in what condition it would arrive in. The delivery was quick and someone from Sony personally delivered it to me. Needless to say it's a beautiful TV with many things added to the apps. I love the crisp color it has and the online features which are great. I feel the sound is good. Plus it comes with 3D glasses too. Embarrassed to say I never have seen a 3D movie. The options on what mode you would like to see your programs, sports, are just great! I want to purchase another Sony TV for my bedroom. So all in all if you are looking for a great TV this is the one! Make sure to get the extended warranty. It's a habit of mine to do so on everything I purchase.

1. As it is smart/internet tv it should support flash player 2. Navigation in browser is too bad they should come up with a remote like mouse. 3. It is not able to load the large pages in browser. 4. Mirroring with any other smart device is working for only youtube. Last but not least one: I called tech support team and explained the above issues they are trying to skip the first 3 issue and trying convey me "sony has different technology than lg and samsung", yes I totally agree it has different technology but not the better technology.

I purchased the 55" SONY LED TV on a complete impulse based totally on the image quality. My wife and I were absolutely stunned by the realism of the colors, quality of the sound, and "absolute true to life" rendition of depth and vividness. Regardless of the viewer's angle or position, the image was superb, from a screen which appeared to be no thicker than a deck of cards or less. The colors of tree leaves, shapes of individual stones in streams and water swirling around them, and the details of people's faces. Everything small detail was projected in profound detail which made one wonder if you were peering through a "hole in your wall" to the outside world. I can not praise the SONY HD sufficiently until someone watches the image for comparison themselves and then they too will realize the extraordinary quality of this device.

TV is absolutely amazing! It has all of the features of Google Chromecast, A Tablet and over all AMAZING PICTURE QUALITY! This is possibly the best tv i have ever owned and I am a huge fan of Samsung! The one downside to this tv it it does not support a Keyboard ... :(

I love this TV so far. The only flaw would be that it has to refresh internet connected apps too often (can't start netflix without it doing a recovery nearly every day for example). I wish it also got LIVESTREAM and had more ability to web browse.

I feel the picture quality is tremendous and great for viewing movies. The Smart T.V. feature allows you to streamline movies, shows, and internet info. I would highly recommend this product.

We have never had a TV with picture quality this good. Even when not watching a 3-D movie, the depth this Sony TV screen has is truly incredible.

Best that money can buy for a 55" under $2,000. Clarity is superb and the color is out of this world. I'm addicted to the 3D simulated and watching 3D movies. Can't imagine a better television. Totally and completely satisfied. SONY is the top of the line.

This tv was a replacement provided by Sony. The prior model (52 in LCD) was not available so they upgraded me to this one. Only had it a month but so far very happy with picture and smart features. It also is a lot thinner than prior model.

I bought this due to salesman input and have not been disappointed. It is light, bright and good looking. Setup is a breeze with WiFi etc. I would recommend this to anyone buying a new panel.

I had been shopping around for a new TV for the living room for a while, so I had my choices down to a few televisions. I had purchased a Sony TV 5 years ago and had no problems and couldn't be happier but I wanted to upgrade to a smart TV which I was a little hesitant about cause sometimes you buy something and pay more for a bunch of useless bells and whistles. That being said I was blown away with the quality and usefulness of the features with the W802A series. Yes, paid a few dollars more for the Sony compared to generic brand but imo worth the little extra. This is a perfect compliment to the PS4 I also bought!

After reviewing several Candidates for a new flat screen and going to my local authorized Sony dealer I decided to purchase this set. I'm so happy with this purchase its a incredible set! Its has great picture and Im very impressed with its wifi capabilities because I stream shows and movies thru Amazon and Netflix. I watch shows without any lag what so ever. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the market .

This TV replaced a Samsung Plasma that was only a year old, The picture was great. BUT!!!! This SONY TV Picture blows that Samsung away by a wide margin. The Picture is unbelievable ! The picture is realistic and the details in the picture is unbelievable. This Sony out performs the Samsung in all areas. The Sound from this TV is Excellent even when not playing through Home theater Sound system. When playing Video Games TV still out performs the Samsung Plasma. There is a lot of apps available for this TV. Internet was easy to set up. Its the Best TV I have ever purchased! Don't make a mistake BUY A SONY!!! Our Samsung was only 1 year old and actually blew up.

I chose Sony over Samsung because Sony TV's run cool, thus saving on electricity. Viewing 55" of high definition is impressive and a pleasure to watch. The picture is so attractively clear, I find it difficult tearing myself away from TV! Glad I made this purchase :-)

When assembling the TV I was a bit worried about how wobbly it would be because it didn't seem to be very sturdy. It does sway from time to time but overall has fantastic, high def, extremely clear picture. With that being said the TV doesn't offer much more than that itself. This model favors the app Netflix highly which is why it was so appealing. Often times the app won't load and the button on the remote doesn't make anything faster. Most apps/options on the TV lag when you click on them or won't even function. It's deceiving when they offer a smart TV yet I can't download apps that are outside of Sony brand. I have a Samsung Smart TV that offers a lot more options for downloading apps. I was expecting a lot more from Sony. This TV was not cheap on the wallet, yet is cheaply crafted. It wasn't worth the money. I don't think it should be labeled as a Smart TV.
