This is a great little camera for price. I have a more expensive HD camera that I use for my semi-pro shots but often times when I am out and about in casual situations I have wished for a simple point and shoot HD camera to capture those special moments with my family and friends. Well the Bloggie Touch fits that purpose perfectly and at this ridiculously low price you just can't go wrong It does not do well in low light situations. The picture is somewhat grainy but usable and the focus is not very fast but I am willing to live with those cons for the price and convenience.

Used it on the beach..zoom is limited..so not so great..small and ligt fits in pocket. Only use for quick shots or filming.not really omended if you want something professional looking

My first use with this camera was at a wedding. At dinner the night prior, I made some shots indoors and realized there was no flash. You could hardly see the pictures. Made pictures and videos at the outdoor event at 5:30 pm with great lighting and the outcome was wonderful. Made some video indoors at the reception and you would have thought I made them in black/white. Very dissapointed as I probably would want to use this indoors more often than out.

This camera was purchased to replace a larger camcorder that took up too much storage space on a small boat. Most pic's and video are taken of people and areas near the boat while underway. This camcorder doesn't always focus on faraway objects in or on sky and water, but my larger camcorder didn't either. I carry the camera in a phone case attached to my belt that keeps the camera handy and dry. I opted to use 720 HD and 8MP settings for video and pictures, giving me more recording time and higher number of pictures. Light weight makes the camera a little unsteady when the boat is moving around in waves. The software makes it easy to edit and e mail pictures and videos to up to a group of 14 friends and pictures and videos can be burned to a DVD fom Explorer. A small light attachment or a LED light would be nice in low light. You will have to upgrade your computor video player. some video is lost when the camera when panning. This only shows up when playing the DVD.

I take a lot of night time pics and this camera does not. I think for the price of the camera it should be able to take night time and good low light pics. Im disappointed with it but cannot return it because of it being a gift and I do not want to hurt someones feelings. I do not recommend it unless it comes with a flash in the future. Which does me no good right now.

got this for Christmas becaue the granddaughters are too fast for snap shots. did fine Christmas morning in a north facing room with no extra lighting. the most amazing result is the playback on our 52" tv, plugs right in to the USB port, no pixellation. exceptional performance considering the price.
