Good battery for power hungry Sony.

Sony Alpha cameras use a lot of power, being mirror less and dependent upon the LCD screen or electronic viewfinder. It is good to always have back up battery just in case, and the Sony battery seems to be about the best backup.

Good Low Capacity Battery

This battery is standard with many of Sony's camcorders. Life is about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Good when size and weight is a factor when using camera.

I record football games. and i zoom in and out a lot during recording. it last about 3 hours. its perfect. and dosent weigh nothing.i use it on my sony camcorder cx230. works great in the heat.

Just the charge I need!

It is the same model battery that comes standard with my HD-R camera, but it gives me the extra time to record my videos. I highly recommend it to all Sony HandyCam owners!
