Design may not be the best in the a world but they do really well for they are made for, quality. Could do with a bit of extra blockage of light from sides and adjustable note pad.

The 3d glasses work great with a Sony 3d TV. I received 4 versions of the glasses with my TV. The nose pads actually slip on and off the glasses relatively easily. Not sure that if they are intended to be removed or not (perhaps for use for people with glasses can remove the nose pads", however, since they so easily come off the glasses I've lost several nose pads. In calling Sony and speaking to their parts department they do not sell replacement nose pads. Given how easily these can be removed it is surprising and disappointing that Sony does not allow you to replace the nose pads.
