Sony VPLEX245 3200 Lumens XGA Portable Projector, 3000:1 Contrast Ratio, 1.6x Optical Zoom, 16W Speaker

The Sony VPLEX245 3200 Lumens XGA Portable Projector is suitable for the classroom or boardroom. It features a high contrast ratio of 3000:1, three inorganic BrightEra LCD panels and a flexible 1.6x manual zoom/manual focus lens. It can project to screens from 30" to 300".

It also features three mini D-sub 15 pin connectors, USB and HDMI inputs, LAN Ethernet capability and a 16W speaker. The numerous ECO modes for energy conscious consumers include an auto power saving mode, lamp dimming and 4 lamp modes (high, standard, low and auto). The Auto Mode is controlled by picture brightness.

The projector displays a native 1024 x 768 resolution, but the video signal is capable of displaying up to 1080/60p and 1080/60i resolutions. And the maximum display resolution for a computer signal input is UXGA 1600 x 1200. It also utilizes NTSC and SECAM color systems.

Another feature of the VPLEX245 is a synchronized lamp and filter maintenance cycle. The lamp is rated for 7000 hours in low mode and the filter cleaning cycle is also rated at 7000 hours, so you can replace both at the same time.
