I got this for Christmas and I love it I can play my mp3 and my cds all in one system!! the only thibg I don't like it that the connector if for updated ipods mine is an old version but besides that it is a great gift!!

I completely agree with the previous review. I cannot believe that this is a Sony product. The speakers seem cheap, there is no depth to the sound. I may use it for listening to radio talk but as far as enjoying good music goes I would find another outlet. Huge disappointment.

Rec'd this as an employee recognition gift after choosing from an on-line catalogue. The reason I selected this particular one is that is was I-Phone compatible. Unfortunately after getting it home I realized that it is only compatible with I-Phione 5 and up, and not I-Phone 4. The on-line description did state that it was compatible with I-Pod and I-Phone. Too bad because it is a very nice system. Had to send it back.

I have been a Sony user beginning from 90's. I have always trusted the brand and was glad to pay extra bucks for it's quality products. This Boombox is the worst product I've bought from Sony. It's not only too expensive but also the sound quality can not even compare to the products of less than half price. It is so bad that I won't consider using it. My half priced 2+1 desktop speakers give me a way better sound quality than this product. I wouldn't suggest anyone to buy it.
