Finally, I am productive on a tablet
Was an Ipad user for years. But, it always seemed as just a portable consumption device, used to just consume and read things. I can proofread papers that my kids wrote, annotate with handwritten notes and share with them with unlimited ways. I have been out of college for years, but this tablet would have been killer in college to take notes with. I also tried the Surface Pro and it is a nice device and is very productive. But, has no applications and especially does not have LectureNotes. You also have to constantly switch between the native tablet OS and the Windows OS. With the Samsung Note Pro 12.2, you stay within one OS with plenty of applications. Don't waste your money on any other tablet, this is the real deal!

Excellent product, slightly heavy but larger display well worth it. Easily setup for reading.
I bought this a few weeks back after getting some good cash come in from a freelance effort. I couldn't think of a better tablet than this for the price and it's fine for what I go with it, but at the same time, I'm still trying to figure it out. The S pen is nice, but the surface is a bit too slick for my tastes in drawing on it. I don't suppose a matte screen protector would suffice but I'm looking to try something alternative for this setup. I see the battery drains considerably with my normal daily use, that is to be expected with such a huge screen I'm sure. I already the thing crash of me while using Autodesk Sketchbook.
I used my original Note 10.1 every day and love the S pen. I thought that the 12.2 would be a nice upgrade but it has proved to be a frustrating device that lacks some of the features of the original. The speakers are positioned on the sides now instead of the front and are of poorer quality. It also comes with a lot of bloatware which I'm used to on Sammy phones but not the tablets. It is now impossible to disable the built-in calendar which overrides the Google Calendar when accessing calendar links. The built-in in calendar offers some of the functionality of the Google Calendar but not all and is a UI nightmare, truly ugly and difficult to navigate. It is a source of daily frustration. On the plus side the screen resolution and overall speed is great, however I don't think I would buy this again purely because of built in apps.
I got this tablet so I can easily do my school work and easier then moving a laptop around
I just purchased the Samsung Galaxy Pro 10.1 Tablet and it's so nice. I haven't gotten to use all the features, but so far it's been easy to use. The design is sleek. And that is pretty awesome. Only thing I have to complain about is the fact that I purchased a black tablet, but have a white charger. This , however, is not a deal breaker.
The note pro 12.2 is a solid well built tablet. It has a ton of features I'm 100 percent happy with it
Let me start off by saying I love this tablet. I use it for school and taking notes on anything really. It saves me from trying to figure out what to do with my notebooks after finishing a class. I use it to watch movies and lectures. I take my notes and can even create presentations from it. Here are a few areas of opportunity that would make my experience just that much better: - A lock for zoom in S Note so when you are writing your hand doesn't make the page zoom in and out. - Locks on pictures put into S Note, So you can't move the picture while writing on it. - A side bar for Scrapbook in S Note so you can pull images from Scrapbook into S Note more easily, Possibly something you could swipe in and out of Other than those few things I absolutely love this tablet
This tablet is exactly what I have been looking for. For the affordable price, there are so many possibilities and functionalities that you just don't get with other tablets. Overall, great product! I would definitly recommend this to anyone looking for a powerful device with great multitasking capabilites.
It's not tiny! That's the first thing I have to say about it! I love the fact that I have so much more space to use than other, smaller tablets.
I love my new tablet. This particular one has great features, light weight, beautiful color clarity, fast and very user friendly. It was a little pricey but worth every penny. If you're looking to buy a great tablet, pick this one.
