Terrific Lights

These are really, really great lights. They are simple to use and built like a tank. Similar to another reviewer, I've had mine for 15+ years. They simply will not die. At low power, the flash duration goes down to 1/10,000/sec - great for freezing motion in liquid splashes etc...

Awesome

I've had two of these in my studio for 20 years... LOVE EM! Being able to dial in the power setting precisely is AWESOME! I have had to replace the flash tube once...simply from using it so much. These are GREAT lights!!! Main use is Rim lights, and sometimes a hair light or single light set-up.

About Smith-Victor FLC200

• The Smith-Victor FlashLite FLC200 Constant Color 200 Watt/Second Monolight is designed for professionals and amateurs alike. Smith-Victor's newly redesigned monolights offer a wide range of features at affordable prices.

For basic setups, choose Smith-Victor's 45 watt-second 45i, or the 110 watt-second 110i. When more power is needed, the full-featured FLC200 and FLC300 will meet your needs with 200 or 300 watt-second power.

Both of these Monolights offer infinitely variable flash power settings. They incorporate On/Off switchable 100-watt modelling lights, and include 15 foot power cords, and 15 foot sync cords, a test button, ready light and optical slave for wireless triggering. Plus - the flash tubes for the FLC200 and FLC300 are easily replaceable.
