About this item

The Swann SportsCam Waterproof Mini Video Camera is the ideal accessory for the adrenaline junkie in all. Imagine capturing all of your sporting achievements and then re-living the action with your friends and family. With the SportsCam you can capture video footage in AVI format at 640 x 480 pixels resolution or JPEG still images at 1280 x 960 photo resolution, all at the push of a button. Video is recorded to a Micro SD card (not included) and transferred to your PC via USB connection.

The SportsCam supports MicroSD cards up to 16GB and you can swap cards to increase your recording capacity. Once recorded, upload your videos to your favorite content sharing sites such as YouTube, Facebook, Flickr and Myspace. The tiny SportsCam also doubles as a webcam for use on messenger services like skype, MSN and yahoo.

Getting the SportsCam wet is no problem either. Simply slip the camera body into its waterproof housing and it's protected in up to 65feet of water. The camera is so small and light you can attach it to almost any sports gear with the attachments provided including Velcro straps, clips, case and mutli-clips. The inbuilt lithium-ion rechargeable battery is charged via PC USB and has enough juice for up to 2 and a half hours of recording time per charge.
