About Tasco 20-60x80 Spotting Scope

The Tasco World Class 20-60 x 80 80mm Spotting Scope Kit is a high-power spotting scope that features a large 80mm diameter objective lens that efficiently gathers light for better viewing during low light. Waterproof and fogproof, it is ideal for hunting, birding, or even casual stargazing.

Straight scopes are generally lighter and brighter by a very small margin and they're quite easy to use when initially locating your subject. This scope has fully coated optics, BK7 prisms, convenient focusing and zoom adjustments and a convertible car window mount/tabletop tripod.

Best buy on the Internet

I use this when I go out shooting and looking for any kind of wildlife. Great scope. Bad thing is the advertiser says window mounting scope and it does not have one. Had to purchase one separately. All in all great value for the money.

nice and clear

I have been birding for many years ,as a result you look through many different sets optics that other people have .This scope is very clear from 20 to 50 power .that is good for a budget scope ,the 80mm lens is much better than a 60mm objective lens ,brighter image. It is a little heavy, that is my only concern for long hikes . of course you will need to invest in a proper tripod.

Tasco 20-60X80mm Scope Review

By

from Washington, DC  -  Casual/ Recreational

Scope provides a clear view at distance or close in. Seems well built with good focusing and zoom control. A little heavy; but, expected for this size. Would recommend a better tripod as elevation control is probable.
