Material Concerns

The material is a bit thin, hopefully it holds up well.

Perfect

It holds my 2 13' drop stands (with umbrella attachment), and my PCB parabolic umbrella perfect. I'm sure it could hold at least 1 if not 2 more stands.

Great sling bag

I purchased my last Tenba sling bag for lightstands and tripod 25 years ago. Came time to replace it and naturally I thought of another Tenba. 25 years of service is certainly a more than acceptable span. The new one is the same ideal size. It now includes a name tag pocket (useful) and sports a blue zipper instead of the old black one, making it easier to spot at airports. Very happy with the quality. Do recommend.

Perfect

I have bought the background stand bag that came with my stands twice now, they both fell apart. This back is perfect. I put my other broken down bag in here and it fit perfect and carry's really well. Thank you for a great product.

Second one

I have one already and actually just returned this one to buy one size down. Was a little too big for my needs of this one. No padding but I went with lightweight and not too bulky. I don't like that the disk at the bottom of the bag moves around. I didn't have that secure in my other bag and I did get a slight tear in the bottom of the bag because of it.

Great Bag!

This bag has a strong zipper and the material looks like it will hold up well for the long run

Tenba T-488-worth the money,but....

PROS:Very well made...good strong stitching-good materials good zipper. Has survived 7 airplane trips so far. CONS: no padding in bag...I took a 8" round heavy cardboard concrete form..lined it with pieces of a closed-cell sleeping bag pad (fyi-if you do this..you need two pieces 25" long)and I stuck heavy foam in top and bottom of the tube and stuck this inside the bag It's now very hard to damage my tripod. I wish Tenba would offer this as an option. As is,the bag offers very little protection. My other gripe is the shoulder strap...it's too short. If Tenba had offered some kind of padded sleeve or hard insert for this bag,I'd have rated it excellent. It's a good bag..but it needs a little help to be a great one.
