Questions about this item:

Carolyn O  Is this a glass filter and if so what is density of glass?
Felipe R  This is a glass filter and quite a thick one since it rotates. I cannot tell you the density. Sincerely I have no idea. It works very nicely and is very practical; you do not have to lug around a bunch o little plastic boxes with different filters. It is quite easy to use but guessing the correct darkness you want takes some practice since the markings on the rim are a general guide only and do not really measure the exact light stop you''re looking for. It is kind of expensive, but apart from these two quibbles its a great filter. Hope this helps. Sorry it took me so long to answer, I was on vacation. Taking photos naturally.
