This UPS is being used to supply backup power to our server and our network. It is compact and has plenty of outlets for our needs. I am impressed with the build quality too.

Incredibly easy to install and use. The instructions are clear and concise. I love that the LCD display is able to be turned in any direction according to how you have it mounted or sitting. Clear and easy to read screen makes checking the functionality much easier. I would buy 10 more if I had the need. They are great.

I am using this product to back up power when the customer loses incoming. It's size and easy to read screen is why I chose it. So far it has performed as expected.

Works great. Display slider can turn off display. I now have 3 of these and have replaced the battery in the oldest two,. My oldest one continues to work after many years

I use one of these to protect and backup my modem, router, and main PC. I use the other to back up my TV box, TV, Ring doorbell, and router extension. With a replacable battery, and LCD info screen, you cannot buy a better device for what I use it. We had five 1-5 minute power failures in the last 30 days. These will save me fron long TV boot up times and rechecking all my devices.

This model was very easy to Setup and started right up as soon as we plugged it in! Having the LCD display is really nice for gaining information at a glance. My only con about this model is that if you can't lay it on it's flat bottom side due to space, you have to place the unit vertically on it's smallest surface. Otherwise, this is a great and reliable product.

A great improvement from the last outdated model we had. They were an easy install, and don't take up a whole lot of space. Luckily, I haven't had to see the battery back-up in use yet.

I use my SmartPro to keep all of my video equipment and tv. It works perfectly. We have intermittent short duration power shortages and it would cause all of my settings on my equipment to reset meaning I would have to start all over again placing all my settings again very frustrating. This equipment solved that issue. It was a breeze to set up, no issues what so ever. It works seamlessly. Highly recommend this product.

very nice unit and features. 2 criticisms......the power cord from the back of the unit is too close to 2 of the power outlets, making it hard to plug in oversized transformer plugs from external drives, modems, etc. also, the outlets are placed too close together, making it hard to plug in oversized transformer plugs.

I am impressed with Tripp-Lite's products. Although they are reliable and perform well, I do not mean to overshadow the quality of their products with my next statement. They back their products 110% and they have the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life - and that is not an exaggeration. I have dealt with Tripp-Lite customer service on two separate occasions, once with technical support and once with a claim. As a consumer, I would expect any company to meet the standards of good customer service. The first time I dealt with Tripp-Lite, that expectation was far exceeded. The second time it blew me away. What do I mean about being blown away? How do I put it? I would say that Tripp-Lite has set the standard for excellent customer service, but I am not sure there is even a term for what I have experienced with them. I had an idea of what made excellent customer service; Tripp-Lite went well beyond that. Needless to say, I am a loyal Tripp-Lite customer and, as much as I tell others about my experiences with Tripp-Lite, I am probably one of their best unofficial advertisers. I tell anyone who needs electronics, with Tripp-Lite's quality products, warranties, and unreal customer service, you just cannot go wrong with buying from Tripp-Lite. I love Tripp-Lite products because I'm not just getting a product, I am getting a whole company who will back it. As I said, It's impossible to go wrong. Without a doubt, hands-down, Tripp-Lite is the best in the business.
